In Dust We Trust is the festival. The Mojave Classic is the motorcycle race held during the festival. Both are owned and organized by MOJAVE MC LLC (“Organizer,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
1. Scope and agreement
These terms cover this website and tickets, race entries and camping reservations offered by MOJAVE MC LLC for In Dust We Trust at Mojave Ranch in Johnson Valley, California, December 11–13, 2026. Please read them with our Refund Policy, Privacy Policy and applicable Race Rules.
Please read these terms before purchasing or using a ticket. They include an assumption of risk and an adult liability release in Section 6. By affirmatively accepting these terms during purchase, you agree to them for yourself. Ticket holders who receive clear notice of these terms and a reasonable opportunity to review them agree to them by using their tickets to enter the event, to the extent permitted by law. Purchasers must share these terms with their guests; buying for someone else does not itself establish that person’s agreement or release their rights. Simply browsing this website does not constitute agreement to the release. No online signature is collected. Racers must separately sign the race waiver in person at event check-in before participating.
2. Tickets and what they include
Check the ticket description, dates, class, skill level, quantities and order total before paying. General Admission (Non Racer Venue Access) provides festival admission; it does not include race entry or a reserved campsite. Children under age 10 receive free General Admission (Non Racer Venue Access) and must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult.
Race Entry is for the named rider and selected class and includes General Admission (Non Racer Venue Access) for that rider. Racers must be at least 18 and satisfy registration, equipment, briefing and race requirements. A race ticket does not authorize another person to ride or enter restricted areas.
VIP Camping is a separate camping/parking reservation, priced per camper or RV. It includes a space only, with no hookups. Each attendee still needs General Admission (Non Racer Venue Access) or Race Entry, except children qualifying for free General Admission (Non Racer Venue Access). Specific VIP sites are assigned on a first-come basis within the reserved camping area.
General dispersed camping on surrounding BLM land is independently arranged and is subject to land-manager rules. An event ticket does not reserve public land or authorize riding or camping in closed areas.
3. Orders, corrections and transfers
Provide accurate purchaser and participant information. Your confirmation identifies the items purchased and any disclosed fees. Until sales open, viewing tickets or selecting a variation does not place an order or reserve capacity.
If you find an order error or need to request a name or class change, contact info@industwetrustfest.com with your order number before the event. Changes and transfers require Organizer approval and availability; do not assume that passing a ticket to someone else transfers a race entry or signed waiver. No duplicate admission is permitted.
4. Admission and event conduct
Bring valid photo identification and your order confirmation to will call. A valid wristband is required inside the fenced festival grounds. Keep your wristband secure and follow staff directions, posted signs and designated spectator, parking and camping areas.
Do not enter an active course, restricted pit area or other controlled area without authorization. Follow the Race Rules for motorcycle use and safety equipment. Do not ride while impaired. Unsafe, threatening, unlawful or seriously disruptive conduct may result in removal or disqualification, subject to applicable law.
Dogs must be leashed and under control in the campground. Camping quiet hours begin at 10 p.m. Respect neighboring properties, public-land boundaries and posted fire restrictions. Adults are responsible for supervising children in their care; free admission does not authorize a child to race or enter restricted areas.
5. Refunds and event changes
All sales are final for a purchaser’s change of plans, nonattendance or voluntary withdrawal, except as required by law. Cancellation and rescheduling rights are explained in the Refund Policy; those rights take priority over a shorter “all sales final” notice elsewhere on the site.
Weather, permits, safety conditions or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may require changes to the program, course, timetable or activities. No specific performer, vendor, race duration or individual activity is guaranteed. A change does not waive any legally required refund or other consumer right.
6. Festival assumption of risk and adult liability release
This section concerns festival attendance, spectating, parking and camping. It does not replace the separate race waiver signed in person at event check-in.
Attending a desert festival near motorsports involves risks, including moving vehicles, flying debris, uneven or loose ground, dust, limited visibility, heat, cold, wind, fire, crowds, loud sound, communicable illness and delays in emergency response at a remote location. These risks may cause personal injury, illness, property damage or death. Follow designated routes, remain behind spectator barriers and stay out of restricted areas.
By agreeing to these terms as an adult, you voluntarily assume the risks of your attendance, including inherent risks and risks arising from ordinary negligence only to the extent lawfully assumed.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY CALIFORNIA LAW, AN ADULT WHO AGREES TO THESE TERMS RELEASES MOJAVE MC LLC AND ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES, EVENT OFFICIALS AND VOLUNTEERS, AND THE EVENT VENUE’S OWNERS AND OPERATORS, FROM THAT ADULT’S CLAIMS FOR PERSONAL INJURY, ILLNESS, DEATH OR PROPERTY DAMAGE ARISING FROM FESTIVAL ATTENDANCE, SPECTATING, PARKING OR CAMPING, INCLUDING CLAIMS CAUSED BY THOSE PARTIES’ ORDINARY NEGLIGENCE IN THEIR EVENT-RELATED ROLES.
This release includes ordinary negligence in event organization, premises conditions and supervision, only insofar as California law permits. It does not release gross negligence, reckless or intentional misconduct, fraud, willful injury, unlawful conduct whose liability cannot be waived, or any other nonwaivable claim or responsibility. It does not waive statutory refund rights, workers’ compensation rights or claims unrelated to the covered activities. Event rules and this release do not guarantee safety.
This is an adult’s agreement for their own rights. A purchaser does not release another adult’s claims merely by buying their ticket. These terms do not purport to release a minor’s claims through an adult’s purchase. Children must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult.
Race participants: every racer must personally complete the separate race liability waiver in person at event check-in before practice or racing. Online ticket purchase does not complete that waiver or authorize participation. See Race Waiver Information and the Race Rules.
7. Website content and external services
Website artwork, text and branding belong to their respective owners. You may use event information for personal planning; commercial reproduction requires permission from the relevant owner. External maps, social platforms and ticketing providers operate under their own terms and privacy notices.
Use the website lawfully. Do not interfere with its operation, misuse personal information, attempt unauthorized access or submit fraudulent registrations.
8. Updates, governing law and contact
We will publish changes here with an updated date. Later changes do not retroactively replace the purchase terms you accepted without any agreement required by law. Immediate safety instructions and lawful official directions still apply at the event.
California law governs these terms, subject to applicable federal law and nonwaivable consumer protections. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective to the extent permitted by law. These terms do not require arbitration or waive a jury trial.
