MOJAVE MC LLC operates the In Dust We Trust website and organizes In Dust We Trust and The Mojave Classic. This policy explains the information handled through this website and related event inquiries.
1. Information you provide
When you join the mailing list, we collect your email address and subscription preference. When you contact us, we receive the contact details, message and attachments you choose to send. Please avoid sending payment-card numbers or unnecessary medical information by email.
The current website displays ticket options but does not process ticket payments or collect electronic waiver signatures. The rider-information preview is a demonstration, not a completed registration. When purchasing and registration are enabled, the collection notice and this policy will be updated to identify the applicable provider and practices before information is submitted.
2. Website and device information
Our website infrastructure and service providers may process IP addresses, browser and device information, requested pages, access times and security or error logs to deliver and protect the site. The mailing-list endpoint temporarily uses an IP address to limit repeated requests.
The site uses browser session storage to remember when you dismiss the mailing-list popup. Ticket selections may be retained in page memory while you browse. These features do not themselves create a customer account.
3. Why we use information
We use information to send requested event updates, manage subscription preferences, respond to inquiries, operate and secure the website, troubleshoot errors and meet legal obligations. Subscription is optional. You may unsubscribe using the link in an email or by contacting us. Necessary replies to your inquiries are separate from marketing subscriptions.
4. Providers, embedded maps and external links
Mailing-list subscriptions are sent to Squarespace for contact management. Website hosting, content delivery and communications providers process information needed to provide their services. We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to lawful process, protect people or investigate misuse, or to professional advisers handling those matters.
The Directions page embeds Google Maps. Loading an embedded map sends information such as your IP address and browser details to Google; Google may use cookies or collect activity across services under its own policies. External social-media, sponsor and map links take you to services with their own privacy practices.

5. Tracking preferences
The current site does not include an Organizer-installed advertising pixel or cross-site behavioral advertising program. It does not implement a separate response to browser “Do Not Track” signals. Embedded or linked third-party services may collect information across websites and respond differently to browser privacy settings. You can restrict cookies and storage in your browser; doing so may affect embedded maps or saved preferences.
6. Retention and security
We retain information for the purposes described here, including subscription management, responding to requests, security, legal obligations and resolving disputes. Retention depends on the information and purpose. An unsubscribe or deletion request may require retaining a limited suppression record so we do not re-add you to marketing emails.
We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information we handle. No website, email service or storage system can guarantee complete security. Providers may process information in the United States or other countries where they operate.
7. Requests and choices
To ask about, access, correct or request deletion of information you supplied, email info@industwetrustfest.com. Include the email address involved and describe your request. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where permitted or required by law. We will honor applicable privacy rights; this policy does not limit them.
8. Children
The website’s mailing-list and registration features are intended for adults. We do not knowingly solicit personal information directly from children under 13. A child’s eligibility for free festival admission does not authorize the child to submit personal information online. A parent or guardian who believes a child submitted information should contact us so we can address it.
9. Changes and contact
We will post revisions on this page and update the date. Material changes will be highlighted on the website and, when appropriate and we have your contact details, communicated by email. Any additional notice or consent required by law will be provided before using information in a materially different way.
