All sales are final, except as required by law. This policy applies to General Admission (Non Racer Venue Access), Race Entry and VIP Camping sold by MOJAVE MC LLC for In Dust We Trust and The Mojave Classic.
Changes of plans and unused tickets
We do not provide refunds for a change of plans, scheduling conflicts, travel or accommodation problems, personal illness or injury, failure to attend, late arrival, voluntary withdrawal, failure to start or finish a race, or disqualification for violating event rules, except where a refund is legally required. Please confirm your plans, eligibility and selections before purchasing.
If the event is canceled
If we cancel the event, we will refund the ticket price within 30 calendar days of cancellation. Other amounts will be refunded when required by law or the purchase terms. This applies even if the cancellation results from weather, permit issues or other circumstances outside our control.
If the event is postponed or rescheduled
If the event is postponed, rescheduled or replaced with a different event at the same date and time, you may request a refund of the ticket price. We will process that refund within 30 calendar days of the request. We will communicate available options using the contact information on the order.
Program changes
Individual activities, performers, vendors, race routes and schedules may change for operational or safety reasons. These changes do not automatically create a refund entitlement, but nothing in this policy limits refunds or other remedies required by law for a cancellation, replacement, material change or failure to provide a purchased service.
How to request help
Email info@industwetrustfest.com with your order number, purchaser name, purchase email and reason for the request. Do not email full payment-card details. If a ticket provider supplies a refund process, you may use it or contact us for help. Refunds are normally returned to the original payment method; your bank’s posting time may vary.
Approved transfers or changes are subject to availability and written confirmation. Travel, lodging and other third-party purchases remain subject to those providers’ policies and any rights available under law.
Your rights
